These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of this website operated by ZEHO (“we”, “our”, “us”).
All garments from the 25FW collection are produced through a made-to-order process under the supervision of ZEHO’s design team.
By purchasing or browsing this website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Made-to-Order Production
All items are made to order and produced individually by professional technicians under ZEHO’s design direction.
Production begins after payment confirmation and typically requires 10–14 business days before shipment.
Slight variations in texture or finish may occur as a result of the handcrafted process.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments through Paypay and PayPal.
All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
ZEHO reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to production, customs, or logistics delays beyond our control.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or customer preference.
Only defective or incorrect items are eligible for return.
In such cases, ZEHO will cover all related shipping fees, including both original and return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Customs Duties & International Orders
International shipments may incur import duties, VAT, or local taxes.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer directly to customs authorities.
ZEHO does not cover or reimburse customs-related fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, designs, photographs, and layouts—is the property of ZEHO.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZEHO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or service interruption.
In any case, ZEHO’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

第1条（総則）
本サイトの利用および購入に関しては、本規約が適用されます。
25FWシーズンの商品はすべてZEHOのデザイン監修のもと、専門テクニシャンによって受注生産されています。
本サイトを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第2条（受注生産について）
すべての商品は受注生産制であり、ご決済完了後に製作を開始します。
製作期間は通常 10〜14営業日 程度を要します。
手作業による製作のため、素材や風合いに若干の個体差が生じる場合があります。
第3条（注文および支払い）
ご注文は決済完了時に確定します。
お支払い方法は、クレジットカード・Paypay・PayPalがご利用いただけます。
価格はすべて日本円（JPY）で表示されています。
不正注文が疑われる場合、当社はご注文をキャンセルする権利を有します。
第4条（配送）
配送方法や目安期間は、Shipping & Delivery Policy に準じます。
製作や通関・物流の状況により、配送が遅延する場合がございます。
第5条（返品・交換・返金）
すべての商品は受注生産品のため、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ただし、不良品または誤配送の場合のみ、返品・交換を承ります。
この場合、ZEHOが往復送料を含むすべての費用を負担いたします。
返品商品の確認後、返金を行います。
第6条（関税・輸入税）
海外配送に伴い発生する関税・付加価値税・現地税等はお客様のご負担となります。
当社はこれらの費用を立替・返金いたしません。
第7条（知的財産権）
本サイト上のテキスト、デザイン、画像等のコンテンツはZEHOに帰属します。
無断転載・複製・商用利用を禁止します。
第8条（免責事項）
当社は、商品やサービスの利用に関連して発生した損害について一切の責任を負いません。
賠償が認められる場合でも、その上限は該当商品の購入金額を超えないものとします。
第9条（個人情報の取扱い）
お客様の個人情報は、当社の Privacy Policy に従い適切に管理されます。
第10条（準拠法および管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的管轄裁判所とします。
