1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to purchases made through the ZEHO online store.
ZEHO products are made-to-order or offered on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Production
ZEHO products are individually produced by professional technicians under ZEHO’s design direction.
Production generally begins after your order is confirmed. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production before shipment.
Because each piece is individually produced, slight variations in texture, finish, or other characteristics may occur depending on the materials and production process. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Orders & Payments
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and the order confirmation has been issued.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards, PayPay, PayPal, and other supported payment services.
Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise indicated.
ZEHO reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or other errors affecting the order.
If ZEHO cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside ZEHO’s reasonable control.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because ZEHO products are made-to-order or offered on a pre-order basis, returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted, including reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by ZEHO, it may be eligible for return, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
In such cases, ZEHO will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by ZEHO.

6. Customs Duties & International Orders
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the recipient.
ZEHO does not collect, reimburse, or cover duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
Any possible refund or reimbursement of customs duties or taxes by the relevant authorities is subject to the laws and procedures of the destination country or region.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, designs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by ZEHO or used by ZEHO with permission.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
8. Liability
ZEHO will be responsible for loss or damage only to the extent required under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
ZEHO is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where liability is required under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZEHO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the transaction.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
10. Changes to These Terms
ZEHO may revise these Terms where reasonably necessary due to changes in our services, business operations, or applicable laws and regulations.
The latest version will be published on this page.
Where required by applicable law, changes will not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed before the revised Terms take effect.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or transactions with ZEHO will be handled by a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
